All Fourward Health treatment offers are subject to availability, with advanced booking recommended.
Treatment offers are not in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Fourward Health reserves the right to withdraw an offer without notice at any time.
Terms For Payments
By completing your payment details you confirm that the card or account being used is yours. Please note that we may collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our terms.
Gift Vouchers
Fourward Health gift vouchers/e-vouchers will contain a monetary value or treatment service. Fourward Health vouchers can be redeemed at our location or for Reflexology-only home visits. The content of the gift voucher/e-voucher may be used as full or part payment against the cost for a treatment or package service. The gift voucher/e-voucher unique reference number will be required at the time of booking. The gift card / e-voucher must be handed in for validation prior to the commencement of the treatment. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment will be charged the full cost of the treatment. The gift voucher/e-voucher will therefore become void. Fourward Health gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The value on the gift card/e-voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged.
